CIL - Command-line Issue List
cil is a (Distributed) Issue Tracking System backed by your VCS. It enables quick creation of a command-line driven issue tracker which fits in well with your VCS. Here's a quick run through.
Getting 'cil'
cil is currently at version v0.5.1 which you can download as a tarball from here.
Then read the INSTALLATION guide in top level directory.
You can also get it by cloning my repo as follows:
$ git clone git://github.com/andychilton/cil.git
If you have any patches or ideas, let me know. Or even better, point me to a repo which I can pull from.
